Fees for Documents Filed at Court Pursuant to Rule 91 Para 1 of
Rules of the High Court 1980 (Appendix B) and Rule 48 Para 63 of
Subordinate Courts Rules 1980 (Schedule B)
The Registrar of the High Court of Malaya has informed us, via letter dated 26 Sept 2011, of the fees for documents filed at court pursuant to rule 91 para 1 of Rules of the High Court 1980 (Appendix B) and rule 48 para 63 of Subordinate Courts Rules 1980 (Schedule B), which will take effect from 3 Oct 2011.
The relevant portion of the notice we received is reproduced below.
Please find
attached the letter dated 26 Sept 2011 from the Registrar of the High Court of Malaya, and the list of documents with their respective fees for High Court, Sessions Court and Magistrates’ Court.
