Scheme Broker: Marsh Insurance Brokers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd
Wef 1 Aug 2020, through an amalgamation* between Jardine Lloyd Thompson Sdn Bhd ("JLT") and Marsh Insurance Brokers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd ("Marsh"), Marsh is the insurance broker for the Malaysian Bar Professional Indemnity Insurance ("PII") Scheme. Their duties include processing PII applications and renewals, receiving notifications from firms on any claim or potential claim, as well as providing support to firms/lawyers on PII matters.
* JLT's rights and obligations have vested by court order to Marsh. The services shall continue to be rendered by the same service team under the name of Marsh while all contact details remain unchanged.

Claims Administrator: Echelon Claims Consultant Sdn Bhd
Echelon Claims Consultant Sdn Bhd ("Echelon") is the third party Claims Administrator appointed by the Insurer under the PII Scheme. Echelon streamlines the claims process from notification to management of the claim and acts as the command centre between an Insured Practice, the Insurer and the Panel Solicitor.
