Quick Guide Online Proposal Form Submission
Online - Do it from the comfort of your office!
- Log in via Praktis with your User ID and Password.
- View Proposal Form pre-filled with previous year's information.
- Check the information and make changes, if any.
- Click "Confirm and Get Mandatory Invoice” after ticking the "Authorise" and "Declaration" boxes.
- Pay by Cheque or Online Banking only (cash payment is no longer accepted). Forward details of your Online Banking transaction to Aon for their records.
- Schedule of Insurance delivered by email. Download Certificate of Insurance and Master Policy from Praktis.
