CHIEF REGISTRAR’S CIRCULAR NO 3 OF 2010 
MARKING WORD “INTERLOKUTORI” IN THE NOTICE OF APPEAL (CIVIL 
MATTERS) 
 
The Chief Registrar of the Federal Court has informed us that to enhance the smooth management of appeal matters in Court, the Right Honourable Chief Justice of Malaysia has directed that all Notices of Appeal (civil matters) in relation to interlocutory decisions must be marked with the word “INTERLOKUTORI” in red at the top right-hand corner of the notice especially in the copy send to the Court which is hearing the appeal. 
 
The word “INTERLOKUTORI” should follow the font, colour and size as indicated below: 
 
INTERLOKUTORI 
[Font: Arial Black, Size: 18, Colour: Red] 
 
The Chief Registrar’s Circular takes effect on 1 July 2010 and is attached here for your reference.
