Update on E-Filing System | Changes in Workflow Process in the Online Deposit Payment Module via E-Filing System

The e-Court Division of the Federal Court of Malaysia has extended to us a notification (by email) entitled “Perubahan Proses Kerja Modul Pembayaran Deposit Secara Atas Talian Menggunakan Sistem e-Filing” dated 28 Apr 2021.

We would like to highlight the following: 

1) With effect from 27 Apr 2021, there is a change in the workflow process in the online deposit payment module for all cases, except Fi Pelaksanaan for eLelong, via the e-Filing System (“EFS”);
2) This deposit is a separate payment from and is made before the payment of the Fi Penyimpanan Deposit kepada Mahkamah and Notis Pembayaran bagi Melaksanakan Writ Pelaksanaan, Distres, Perintah Pengkomitan, Penangkapan atau Penahanan Harta; and
3) The relevant documents and the accompanying payments for each type of transaction are, respectively, filed and made separately.  Receipts will, accordingly, be issued separately.

Perubahan Proses Kerja Modul Pembayaran Deposit Secara Atas Talian Menggunakan Sistem E-Filing

2.         Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa mulai 27 April 2021, terdapat perubahan terhadap proses kerja pembayaran deposit (kecuali Fi Pelaksanaan eLelong) untuk sesuatu kes yang dilakukan secara dalam talian menggunakan Sistem e-Filing.  Pengguna (Peguam/Agensi) hendaklah melaksanakan pembayaran amaun deposit secara berasingan daripada pembayaran Fi Penyimpanan Deposit Kepada Mahkamah serta Notis Pembayaran Bagi Melaksanakan Writ Pelaksanaan, Distres, Perintah Pengkomitan, Penangkapan Atau Penahanan Harta.

3.         Pengguna disarankan untuk merujuk kepada “Manual Pengguna Modul Deposit” yang disediakan di ruangan MENU Sistem e-Filing untuk tatacara dan butiran lanjut.  Sesalinan Manual dilampirkan bersama-sama dengan emel ini untuk rujukan mudah Tuan/Puan.
