Update (7 June 2021) | Operation of Law Firms
During “Total Lockdown Phase 1” — BHEUU SOP

We refer to Circular No 211/2021 entitled “Update (4 June 2021) | Operation of Law Firms During the “Total Lockdown Phase 1””, dated 4 June 2021.

We have received a copy of the standard operating procedures (“SOP”) issued by Bahagian Hal Ehwal Undang-Undang Jabatan Perdana Menteri (“BHEUU”) (Legal Affairs Division of the Prime Minister’s Department).  Please click here (see pages 2 and 3) to view the SOP.

We urge all law firms to comply with the SOP and operate remotely from home during the rest of the “Total Lockdown Phase 1”.  The upcoming weeks will be utmost crucial in our collective fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

We hope that the information provided here is of assistance to Members.  We will update Members as and when there are new developments.
