Notification of Operations at Penang State Courts During the MCO Period
We refer to Circular No 068/2021 entitled “Update 17 Feb 2021 | Notification of Court Operations in MCO and CMCO States” dated 17 Feb 2021, and the extension of the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) announced by the Senior Minister (Security) and Defence Minister, YB Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on 16 Feb 2021, which apply to the states of Selangor, Johore, Penang and the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, beginning from 19 Feb 2021 until 4 Mar 2021.
