(1) Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Negeri Sembilan (“PTG NS”)

Please note the latest SOP adopted by PTG NS, by clicking here.  The SOP sets out among others, the operation hours of PTG NS, transactions allowed, and procedures of setting up an appointment (temujanji).

PTG NS has also notified us of waiver of certain penalties and other ancillary matters pertaining to land transactions, during the MCO period.  Click here (see pages 17 to 18) to view the letter from PTG NS dated 20 Jan 2021.

(2) Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan (“PPTG WPKL”)

PPTG WPKL has notified us that their registration counters will be reopened but with limited operations for the purposes of collection of documents, from 25 Jan 2021 (Monday).  Click here (see pages 19 to 20) to view the email from PPTG WPKL.

21 Jan 2021: PTG Selangor has notified us that their counter for official title searches for landed titles, will be reopened but with limited operations, from 25 Jan 2021 (Monday).  Click here (see pages 13 to 16) to view the letter from PTG Selangor dated 21 Jan 2021, and the relevant QR code.

18 Jan 2021: Please note the reopening of the following district land offices, with limited operations:

(1) Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Gombak

Please take note of the reopening of the following district land offices, from 18 Jan 2021 (Monday), with limited operations:
