Update (15 Jan 2021) | Law Firm Operations During the Movement Control Order

We refer to Circular No 007/2021 entitled “Update: Law Firm Operations During the Movement Control Order”, dated 12 Jan 2021.

Please click here to refer to the following Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) from the Legal Affairs Division of the Prime Minister’s Department (Bahagian Hal Ehwal Undang-Undang Jabatan Perdana Menteri, “BHEUU”) updated as at 14 Jan 2021, which law firms are required to comply with:

(1) SOP for states under the Movement Control Order (“MCO” or PKP) (see pages 2 to 3);
(2) SOP for states under the Conditional Movement Control Order (“CMCO” or PKPB) (see pages 4 to 5); and
(3) SOP for states under the Recovery Movement Control Order (“RMCO” or PKPP) (see pages 6 to 7).
