Extension of Interim Stay
We refer to Circular No 030/2022 dated 12 Feb 2022 wherein we informed Members of the interim stay of the enforcement of the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 as amended by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2021, until today, 15 Feb 2022.
Please be informed that the interim stay has now been extended until 26 May 2022.
We will keep Members notified of any further developments.
