Resumption of Physical Operations at Bar Council and ASDB Secretariats
We refer to the updated Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP”) issued by the Government of Malaysia under Phase Three of the National Recovery Plan (“Phase 3”) on 24 Sept 2021, and the transition of Kuala Lumpur from Phase Two to Phase Three.
In light of this transition, the Bar Council and Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Board (“ASDB”) Secretariats will resume physical operations on 4 Oct 2021 (Monday).
