Online Payment Module for Fines (e-Denda) Effective 1 Dec 2021
The Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia (“CR’s Office”) has issued a media statement entitled “Pemakluman Mengenai Modul Pembayaran Denda Dalam Talian (e-Denda)” on 25 Nov 2021 pertaining to the implementation of e-Denda online payment module for fines on a pilot basis at the Kuala Lumpur Courts, Shah Alam Courts, and Selayang Courts with effect from 1 Dec 2021.
The implementation of e-Denda, provides an alternative mode of payment of fines to the existing methods, that is online via Financial Process Exchange (“FPX”) on the e-Court System.
