Notification on Reactivation of Submission of Statutory Documents through MBRS System Beginning 1 Mar 2021
The Director of the Corporate Communication and Strategy Division of Companies Commission of Malaysia (“Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, “SSM”), Farid Ahmad, has extended to us a notification on the reactivation of the submission of statutory documents through the Malaysian Business Reporting System (“MBRS System”) beginning from 1 Mar 2021.
The notification also states that any documents that were previously mandated for submission through the MBRS System can still be submitted over the counter until 7 Mar 2021.
