Implementation of the e-Execution System on a Pilot Basis at the Kuala Lumpur Courts and Shah Alam Courts
The Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia (“CR’s Office”) has issued a media statement entitled “Pelaksanaan Sistem e-Execution Secara Rintis di Mahkamah Kuala Lumpur dan Mahkamah Shah Alam mulai 1 Jun 2021” dated 1 June 2021, pertaining to implementation of the e-Execution system on a pilot basis at the Kuala Lumpur Courts and Shah Alam Courts beginning from 1 June 2021.
