To Members of the Malaysian Bar
E-Filing of RPGT Forms and Payment of RPGT
We would like to bring to the attention of Members, an initiative previously introduced by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (“LHDN”), whereby filing of the relevant Real Property Gains Tax (“RPGT”) forms can be done online.
Payment of RPGT can also be done via online banking through certain banks.
