Updates in Relation to the Registration Unit at the Klang District/Land Office

It has come to our attention that the Selangor Bar Committee had received a notification from the Klang District/Land Office (Pejabat Daerah/Tanah Klang) on certain updates in relation to the Klang District/Land Office’s Registration Unit.

The circular issued by the Selangor Bar Committee on this matter is reproduced at the end of this circular.

Conveyancing Practice: Updates & Guidelines: Pemakluman Terkini Urusan Di Unit Pendaftaran, Pejabat Daerah/Tanah Klang

PEMAKLUMAN TERKINI URUSAN DI UNIT PENDAFTARAN, PEJABAT DAERAH/TANAH KLANG

1) Pendaftaran baharu Surat Pemegang Amanah (PNPA) tidak dibenarkan berkuatkuasa 1 Jun 2020;

2) Tempoh sah laku Surat Wakil Kuasa (PA) adalah lima (5) tahun sahaja. Pihak berkaitan perlu memastikan PA yang digunakan mematuhi tempoh sah laku tersebut dan mendaftar semula PA yang telah tamat tempoh. Arahan ini berkuatkuasa 1 September 2020;

3) Urusan penyaksian Borang Kanun Tanah Negara (KTN) di PDTK adalah tertakluk kepada hakmilik Daerah Klang sahaja. Sesi penyaksian bagi Orang Awam yang tidak diwakili Firma Guaman adalah pada hari Khamis sahaja. Sesi penyaksian untuk Firma Guaman adalah melalui temujanji. Permohonan temujanji perlu dihantar secara emel ke alamat pendaftaranklang@selangor.gov.my;

4) Penyaksian dan pendaftaran perlu menggunakan Borang 14A yang terkini (N.L.C. 22A-Pin.3/2017). PDTK akan MENOLAK perserahan yang tidak menggunakan borang tersebut berkuatkuasa 1 September 2020.
