Please be informed that the Kelantan State Bar Committee has notified us of an update pertaining to the operations for High Court 2 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

Kindly take note that case management and applications are heard online via Zoom. Effective 9 Jan 2022, full trials are conducted with physical presence in open court, and mediations conducted at the Bilik Mediasi Mahkamah Kota Bharu.

Notification of Operations for High Court 2 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan

The Kelantan State Bar Committee has extended to us a notification pertaining to the operations of High Court 2 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

Effective 3 Jan 2022, all cases at High Court 2 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan that appear before YA Datuk Mohamad Abazafree, are heard by physical attendance.
