Notification of Operations at Kedah State Courts During the Total Lockdown Phase 1 Period

We refer to Circular No 196/2021 entitled “Notification of Court Operations during the “Total Lockdown Phase 1” Period” dated 29 May 2021, Circular No 197/2021 entitled “Operation of Law Firms During the “Total Lockdown Phase 1”” dated 30 May 2021, and Circular No 198/2021 entitled “Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bilangan 8 Tahun 2021 | Pengecualian Terhadap Pemakaian Peruntukan Undang-Undang Berhubung Dengan Urusan Mahkamah Di Seluruh Malaysia” dated 31 May 2021.

The Kedah State Bar Committee has extended to us a copy of their circular pertaining to the operations of the Kedah State Courts during the “Total Lockdown Phase 1” period beginning from 1 to 14 June 2021.
