Notification of Operations at the Lower Courts in Affected Mukim in Perak During the EMCO Period
We refer to the announcement by the Senior Minister (Security) and Defence Minister, YB Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on 20 May 2021, on the enforcement of the Enhanced Movement Control Order (“EMCO”) in mukim of Pengkalan Hulu, Taiping, Hulu Kinta and Hulu Bernam Timur in Perak beginning from 22 May to 4 June 2021, and to the notification that we have received from the Perak State Court pertaining to the operations of the lower courts in the affected mukim during the EMCO period.
