Notification of Operations at Kuala Lumpur Courts
During the Total Lockdown Phase 1 Period

We refer to Circular No 196/2021 entitled “Notification of Court Operations during the Total Lockdown Phase 1 Period” dated 29 May 2021, Circular No 197/2021 entitled “Operation of Law Firms During the Total Lockdown Phase 1”, dated 30 May 2021, and Circular No 198/2021 entitled “Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bilangan 8 Tahun 2021 | Pengecualian Terhadap Pemakaian Peruntukan Undang-Undang Berhubung Dengan Urusan Mahkamah Di Seluruh Malaysia”, dated 31 May 2021.

The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has extended to us a copy of the email from the Kuala Lumpur Court pertaining to their operations the during the Total Lockdown Phase 1 period beginning from 1 to 14 June 2021.
