Notification of Opening of Seremban High Court 3 (Criminal)
The Negeri Sembilan State Court Director, Puan Madihah binti Harullah, has extended to us a notification entitled “Pemakluman Pembukaan Mahkamah Tinggi Malaya 3 (Jenayah) Seremban”, dated 5 Mar 2021.
Please be informed that the new High Court 3 (Criminal) in Seremban will come into operation on 5 Apr 2021.
The notification (which we received on 15 Mar 2021) and the following documents are available here (see page 2 onwards):
(1) List of High Court Judges, Court officers and staff;
(2) List of redistribution of civil and criminal cases; and
(3) Location for hearing of cases before the Deputy Registrar / Senior Registrar.
