Notification of Conferment of Jurisdiction to Sessions Court Judge 2020
Please take note of the Notification of Conferment of Jurisdiction to Sessions Court Judge 2020 (P.U. (B) 374) dated 7 Aug 2020, which confers upon Sessions Court Judges the jurisdiction to hear any matter under the Law Reform (Marriage and Divorce) Act 1976 [Act 164].
The conferment upon Sessions Court Judges the jurisdiction to hear any matter under the Law Reform (Marriage and Divorce) Act 1976 took effect on 1 July 2020.
