MCO 2.0 | Reoperation of the Industrial Court of Malaysia
We refer to Circular No 018/2021 entitled, “MCO 2.0 | Temporary Closure of the Industrial Court of Malaysia”, dated 14 Jan 2021.
Please be informed that the Industrial Court of Malaysia, through its webpage, has announced that it has resumed full operations since 25 Jan 2021. Please click here to view the announcement on the operating hours of the Industrial Court of Malaysia.
We have also been notified by the Industrial Court that cases will proceed as scheduled. For cases that had been postponed during the Movement Control Order (“MCO”), the relevant parties may contact the Court Interpreter concerned to obtain the new date and time.
We hope that the information provided here is of assistance to Members. We will update Members as and when there are further developments.
