To Members of the Malaysian Bar Implementation of the E-Review Module in High Courts in Kuala Lumpur and Shah Alam for Civil Code Cases 21, 22 and 23

We refer to Circular No 299/2018 dated 14 Dec 2018, entitled “Implementation of the EReview Module in the High Court (Commercial), Kuala Lumpur”.

The Chief Registrar of Federal Court of Malaysia, Dato’ Sri Latifah Binti Haji Mohd. Tahar, has extended to us a copy of a notice entitled “Makluman Perluasan Pelaksanaan Modul EReview di Mahkamah Tinggi Malaya di Kuala Lumpur and Shah Alam”, dated 13 Feb 2019, pertaining to the extension of implementation of the online case management (“e-Review”) module to all divisions at the Kuala Lumpur High Courts and Shah Alam High Courts for cases with civil codes 21, 22, and 23 only.

Please be informed that the e-Review module will be implemented in all divisions:

(a) at Kuala Lumpur High Courts from 25 Feb 2019 (Monday); and
(b) at Shah Alam High Courts from 4 Mar 2019 (Monday).

Details of the training sessions (which are identical) on the usage of the e-Review system are as follows:
