Implementation of Case Trials through Remote Communication Technology
at the Industrial Court of Malaysia

The President of the Industrial Court of Malaysia, YA Dato’ Rasidah binti Haji Chik, extended to us a letter entitled “Pelaksanaan Perbicaraan Kes Melalui Teknologi Komunikasi Jarak Jauh”, dated 10 Feb 2021, pertaining to the use of remote communication technology (teknologi komunikasi jarak jauh, “TKJJ”) for case trials.

PELAKSANAAN PERBICARAAN KES MELALUI TEKNOLOGI KOMUNIKASI JARAK JAUH

Saya dengan hormatnya merujuk kepada perkara tersebut di atas.

2.         Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa pihak Mahkamah Perusahaan Malaysia (MPM) akan melaksanakan perbicaraan kes melalui teknologi komunikasi jarak jauh sebagai salah satu inisiatif di bawah Pelan Transformasi Digital MPM. Selain itu, ia juga merupakan satu usaha MPM bagi memastikan pengendalian kes-kes bicara adalah berjalan lancar.

3.         Bersama-sama ini dilampirkan Nota Amalan Bil. 1 Tahun 2021 Perbicaraan Kes melalui TKJJ, Keperluan Minima Untuk Perbicaraan Kes Melalui TKJJ (Lampiran A) dan Keperluan Capaian Internet (Lampiran B) sebagai rujukan. Selain itu, pihak tuan juga boleh merujuk video Panduan Pemasangan dan Penggunaan Aplikasi TrueConf bagi tujuan perbicaraan kes melalui TKJJ ini di bawah menu ‘Media’ di laman web MPM www.mp.gov.my.

4.         Sehubungan ini, kerjasama tuan dipohon untuk memanjangkan maklumat ini kepada para peguam/pegawai yang terlibat.
