Hearing of Petition for Admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya via Video Conferencing

We refer to Circular No 402/2020 entitled “Proposal for Virtual Hearing of Petition for Admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya” dated 16 Nov 2020.

Please be informed that petitions for admission as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya will be heard via video conferencing during the implementation of the conditional movement control order (“CMCO”), starting with the Kuala Lumpur High Court and the Shah Alam High Court from 2 Dec 2020 onwards.
