Guidelines for Handling of Cases Physically and via Remote Hearing Technology
in the Federal Court, Court of Appeal, High Courts and Subordinate Courts Throughout Malaysia during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period

The Judiciary has issued a directive entitled “Garis Panduan Pengendalian Kes Secara Fizikal dan Melalui Teknologi Komunikasi Jarak Jauh di Mahkamah Persekutuan, Mahkamah Rayuan, Mahkamah Tinggi dan Mahkamah Rendah Seluruh Malaysia Semasa Tempoh Pandemik COVID-19”.
