Expansion of E-Court System to All Courts in Peninsular Malaysia
We refer to Circular No 305/2020 entitled “Expansion of E-Court System to All Lower Courts in Peninsular Malaysia” dated 19 Sept 2020.
The Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia, Tuan Ahmad Terrirudin bin Mohd Salleh has issued a press statement entitled “Perluasan Sistem E-Kehakiman di Mahkamah-Mahkamah Semenanjung Malaysia”, dated 17 Mar 2021, on the expansion of the e-Court or e-Kehakiman system to all Courts in Peninsular Malaysia.
The press statement points out that, with the expansion, a total of 98 Courts across Peninsular Malaysia are using the e-Court or “e-Kehakiman” system.
