Court Vacation 2021 | Federal Court of Malaysia (31 May to 11 June 2021)

The Chief Justice of Malaysia, YAA Tun Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat, has informed us, in a letter dated 9 Apr 2021, that the upcoming vacation of the Federal Court of Malaysia is fixed as follows:

31 May 2021 (Monday) to 11 June 2021 (Friday)

The letter we received also contains the names of the Federal Court Judges who will hear urgent applications during this period.

MASA REHAT MAHKAMAH PERSEKUTUAN MALAYSIA 2021

Saya dengan hormatnya merujuk kepada perkara yang tersebut di atas.

2.         Sepertimana YAA / YA sedia maklum, Masa Rehat Mahkamah (Court Vacation) bagi Mahkamah Persekutuan Malaysia telah ditetapkan iaitu dari 31 Mei 2021 (lsnin) hingga 11 Jun 2021 (Jumaat).

3.         Semasa tempoh Masa Rehat Mahkamah, saya dengan ini melantik Hakim Mahkamah Persekutuan berikut untuk bertugas bagi membicarakan sebarang permohonan yang perlu didengar dengan segera:

            3.1       YA Datuk Seri Haji Mohd Zawawi bin Salleh
                        Hakim Mahkamah Persekutuan

            3.2       YA Dato’ Sri Hasnah binti Dato’ Mohammed Hashim
