Court Vacation 2021 | Federal Court of Malaysia (20 to 31 Dec 2021)

By letter dated 9 Sept 2021, we were informed by the office of the Chief Justice of Malaysia, YAA Tun Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat, that the upcoming vacation of the Federal Court of Malaysia is fixed as follows:

20 Dec 2021 (Monday) to 31 Dec 2021 (Friday)

The letter we received also contains the names of the Federal Court Judges who will hear urgent applications during this period.

MASA REHAT MAHKAMAH PERSEKUTUAN MALAYSIA 2021

Saya dengan hormatnya merujuk kepada perkara yang tersebut di atas.

2.         Sepertimana YAA / YA sedia maklum, Masa Rehat Mahkamah (Court Vacation) bagi Mahkamah Persekutuan Malaysia telah ditetapkan iaitu dari 20 Disember 2021 (Isnin) hingga 31 Disember 2021 (Jumaat).

3.         Semasa tempoh Masa Rehat Mahkamah, saya dengan ini melantik Hakim Mahkamah Persekutuan berikut untuk bertugas bagi membicarakan sebarang permohonan yang perlu didengar dengan segera :
