Court Vacation 2021 | Court of Appeal (31 May to 11 June 2021) 

The President of the Court of Appeal, YAA Tan Sri Rohana Yusuf, has informed us, in a letter dated 14 Apr 2021, that the upcoming vacation of the Court of Appeal of Malaysia is fixed as follows:

31 May 2021 (Monday) to 11 June 2021 (Friday) 

The letter also contains the names of the Court of Appeal Judges who will hear urgent applications during this period.

The relevant portion of the letter is reproduced below for your reference.

MASA REHAT MAHKAMAH RAYUAN MALAYSIA 2021 

Saya dengan hormatnya merujuk kepada perkara yang tersebut di atas.

2.         Sepertimana Y.A-Y.A sedia maklum, Masa Rehat Mahkamah (Court Vacation) bagi Mahkamah Rayuan Malaysia telah ditetapkan iaitu dari 31 Mei 2021 (lsnin) hingga 11 Jun 2021 (Jumaat).

3.         Semasa tempoh Masa Rehat Mahkamah, saya dengan ini melantik Hakim-Hakim Mahkamah Rayuan berikut untuk bertugas bagi membicarakan sebarang permohonan yang perlu didengar dengan segera:
