Correspondence Regarding Cases in the Industrial Court of Malaysia
The President of the Industrial Court of Malaysia, YA Tuan Eddie Yeo Soon Chye extended us a notification entitled “Urusan Surat-Menyurat Berhubung Kes-Kes di Mahkamah Perusahaan Malaysia”, dated 15 July 2020.
The notification is to inform Members that any correspondence concerning cases handled at the Industrial Court of Malaysia (“ICM”) must be addressed to the Registrar of ICM. The correspondence must include the case number and the name of the parties of the case.
The notification from ICM is reproduced below for your reference.

URUSAN SURAT-MENYURAT BERHUBUNG KES-KES DI MAHKAMAH PERUSAHAAN MALAYSIA
Saya dengan hormatnya merujuk kepada perkara tersebut di atas.
2. Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa sebarang urusan surat-menyurat berhubung kes-kes yang dikendalikan di Mahkamah Perusahaan Malaysia (MPM) hendaklah dialamatkan kepada Pendaftar MPM dengan menyatakan nombor kes dan nama pihak-pihak kepada kes berkenaan.
3. Untuk makluman tuan, ini adalah penting bagi memastikan kawalan rekod surat-menyurat Mahkamah dan pemantauan perjalanan sesuatu kes adalah berjalan lancar.
