dan Sivil (Revision) di Mahkamah Tinggi Malaya
The Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia, Dato’ Sri Latifah binti Haji Mohd Tahar, has extended to us a copy of Arahan Pentadbiran Ketua Pendaftar Mahkamah Persekutuan Malaysia Bil 2 Tahun 2018 (“Arahan Pentadbiran Bil 2/2018”) dated 25 July 2018, with regard to compliance with the work process for the registration of criminal and civil (revision) cases using the e-Court system, at the High Court of Malaya.
Please be informed that Arahan Pentadbiran Bil 2/2018 will come into operation on 1 Aug 2018 (Wednesday).
