Penerimaan Dokumen Pembuktian Bahawa Pempetisyen Adalah Orang Yang Berkelayakan Untuk Diterima Masuk Sebagai Peguam Bela Dan Peguam Cara

We refer to Circular No 245/2020 entitled “Documents That Can Be Accepted for Filing of Pupillage Documents” dated 30 July 2020.

In this regard, the Chief Justice of Malaysia, YAA Tun Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat, has issued Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bilangan 4 Tahun 2021 | Penerimaan Dokumen Pembuktian Bahawa Pempetisyen Adalah Orang Yang Berkelayakan Untuk Diterima Masuk Sebagai Peguam Bela Dan Peguam Cara”, dated 15 Feb 2021, pertaining to documentary evidence that can be accepted as proof that a pupil who is petitioning to the High Court for admission to be an advocate and solicitor is a qualified person.

Please be informed that Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bilangan 4 Tahun 2021 will come into effect from tomorrow, 16 Feb 2021.
