The Chief Justice of Malaysia, YAA Tun Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat, has issued “Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bilangan 7 Tahun 2021 | Penyempurnaan Proses Jamin Melalui Teknologi Komunikasi Jarak Jauh” (“Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bil 7/2021”), dated 10 Mar 2021, pertaining to the execution of the bail process by remote communications technology.
Please be informed that Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bil 7/2021 will take effect on 15 Mar 2021 (Monday).
