The Chief Justice of Malaysia, YAA Tun Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat, has issued “Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bilangan 6 Tahun 2021 | Pengendalian Prosiding Pendengaran Rayuan Jenayah Melalui Teknologi Komunikasi Jarak Jauh Semasa Tempoh Pandemik” (“Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bil 6/2021”), dated 26 Feb 2021, pertaining to the management of criminal appeal proceedings conducted by way of remote communication technology for all courts in Malaysia during the pandemic period.

Please be informed that Arahan Ketua Hakim Negara Bil 6/2021 will take effect on 1 Mar 2021 (Monday).
