Arahan Amalan Pengerusi PKCP Bil 1, 2 dan 3 Tahun 2017
The Chairman of the Special Commissioners of Income Tax (Pengerusi, Pesuruhjaya Khas Cukai Pendapatan Malaysia (“PKCP”)), Dato’ Mohd Radzi bin Harun, has extended to us copies of:
(1) Arahan Amalan Pengerusi PKCP Bil 1 Tahun 2017 entitled “Waktu Bersidang Mahkamah PKCP”, dated 3 Nov 2017, pertaining to the sitting hours for the PKCP court;
(2) Arahan Amalan Pengerusi PKCP Bil 2 Tahun 2017 entitled “Pemberhentian Pemfailan Petisyen Rayuan dan Balasan”, dated 3 Nov 2017, pertaining to the cessation of the requirement of filing of appeal petition and reply; and
(3) Arahan Amalan Pengerusi PKCP Bil 3 Tahun 2017 entitled “Pengemukaan Penghujahan Bertulis”, dated 3 Nov 2017, pertaining to the submission of written submissions.
Please be informed that the abovementioned Arahan Amalan Pengerusi PKCP Bil 1, 2 and 3 Tahun 2017, which are attached for your reference, will take effect on 1 Jan 2018 (Monday).
