Amendments to Rules of Court 2012, Rules of the Court of Appeal 1994,
and Rules of the Federal Court 1995
Please be informed of the following Rules, which come into operation today, 15 Dec 2020:
(1) Rules of Court (Amendment) 2020 [P.U. (A) 351/2020], which amend the Rules of Court 2012 [P.U. (A) 205/2012];
(2) Rules of the Court of Appeal (Amendment) 2020 [P.U. (A) 352/2020], which amend the Rules of the Court of Appeal 1994 [P.U. (A) 524/1994]; and
(3) Rules of the Federal Court (Amendment) 2020 [P.U. (A) 353/2020], which amend the Rules of the Federal Court 1995 [P.U. (A) 376/1995].
