Addition of New High Courts in Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan and Selangor
The Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia has extended to us a notification (via email) entitled “Makluman Pembukaan Mahkamah Tinggi Klang, Mahkamah Tinggi Seremban, Mahkamah Tinggi Kota Bharu”, dated 27 Jan 2021, pertaining to the addition of three new High Courts of Malaya in Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan and Selangor.
The addition of the new High Courts starting from 1 Apr 2021 is as follows:
(1) High Court of Malaya in Klang, Selangor;
(2) High Court of Malaya in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan; and
(3) High Court of Malaya in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
