Update on the E-Filing System at the Federal Court and Court of Appeal
The e-filing system was implemented in the Federal Court and the Court of Appeal on 16 J une 2011.
Please be informed that applications for leave to appeal to the Federal Court and the Court of Appeal (code 08) may now be done by e-filing even though the initial filing of the said cases in the High Court or Subordinate Court was not done via e-filing.
Please find
attached a brief guideline on the e-filing system for the abovementioned applications, and the list of contact persons and particulars for the respective court in the event you require any assistance with regard to the system.
