Links to Circulars Issued by State Land Offices and Registries Available on Malaysian Bar Website

With the assistance of the State Bar Committees, the Bar Council Conveyancing Practice Committee (“CPC”) has compiled the website links for relevant circulars issued by state land offices and registries in Peninsular Malaysia.  The links are now available on the Malaysian Bar website to provide Members of the Bar with convenient access to the circulars.

The links are accessible here.  Alternatively, please access the Malaysian Bar website at www.malaysianbar.org.my, and select the News/Notices > News > Bar Council Committees tab.  Scroll down the displayed list of committees to locate “Conveyancing Practice”, and click on “Circulars Related to Conveyancing Practice” under that heading.
