Amended Form CKHT 3 of Real Property Gains Tax Available on LHDNM’s Website

We have been informed by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia, “LHDNM”), via a letter dated 20 Aug 2014, that Form CKHT 3 (2014 Amendment), is available on LHDNM’s website.  

The form may be accessed at www.hasil.gov.my under the Forms > Return Forms tab.  Select “Real Property Gain Tax [Semua (All)]” and scroll down the displayed table of documents, to locate Form CKHT 3.  On the Bahasa Malaysia version of LHDNM’s website, the form is available under the Borang > Borang Nyata tab.  Select Cukai Keuntungan Harta Tanah [Semua (All)], and scroll down to locate the form.

Alternatively, Form CKHT 3 can be accessed directly here. 

Members are advised to begin using the amended form even though no date has been fixed for its mandatory use.

PINDAAN BORANG NYATA CUKAI KEUNTUNGAN HARTA TANAH 3 DALAM LAMAN SESAWANG LHDNM

Saya dengan hormatnya merujuk kepada perkara di atas.

2.         Adalah dengan ini dimaklumkan bahawa Borang Nyata Cukai Keuntungan Harta Tanah (CKHT) 3 pindaan 2014 telah disediakan dalam laman sesawang Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia, http://www.hasil.gov.my iaitu:-

3.         Susulan dari pindaan Akta CKHT 1976 pada bajet 2014, terdapat pindaan pada penyataan pilihan pertama dengan memasukkan perkataan “oleh individu” selepas penyataan Harta tanah/syer dalam syarikat harta tanah telah dimiliki lebih daripada 5 tahun serta menggantikan keseluruhan ayat pada pilihan ke 4 seperti di bawah:
