UPDATE ON STAMP ASSESSMENT AND PAYMENT SYSTEM (“STAMPS”)
Further to BC Circular No .181/2009 issued on 24.6.2009 and BC Circular No. 186/2009 issued on 1.7.2009, we wish to update members on STAMPS as follows:
- With effect from 13.7.2009, the new URL for STAMPS for submissions made to the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) pilot branches is:
https://stamps.hasil.gov.my
However, we are informed by the Stamp Duty Division of LDNM that users can still use the following URLs which will be redirected to the new URL:
http://stamps.hasil.gov.my
http://stamps.hasil.gov.my/stamps2
http://stamps.hasil.gov.my/stamps2/index.php/login
- We have received an update on the STAMPS pilot project from the Director of the Tax Operations Department, LHDNM vide letter dated 1.7.2009, which we attach here for your kind attention.
