STAMPS Webpage
With effect from 1 June 2012, the new webpage for Stamp Assessment and Payment System (“STAMPS”) may be accessed at
https://stamps.hasil.gov.my.
To log in to the webpage, click on ‘Log Masuk’ at the top right of the webpage and insert ‘ID Pengguna’ (User ID) and ‘Kata Laluan’ (Password). If you do not have a User ID, kindly register at ‘Daftar Pengguna Baru'.
All Members are strongly encouraged to utilise the functions to verify the authenticity of STAMPS Certificates and Digital (Franking) Stamping to avoid incidences of forgery or fraud.
