Dealing with Criminal Documents Electronically Throughout Courts of Malaysia
The Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Malaysia, YAA Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Richard Malanjum, has extended to us a copy of Practice Direction of the Chief Justice No 2 of 2018, dated 24 Sept 2018, pertaining to documents in criminal proceedings in courts throughout Malaysia.
Please be informed that this Practice Direction came into operation on 20 Aug 2018.
