Update on E-Filing | Digital Certificate and Token (4 Sept 2018)
 

We refer to Circular No 218/2017 dated 5 Oct 2017 (updated on 1 June 2018), where we informed Members regarding the reduction in the prices for obtaining the digital certificate and token required for e-filing from 1 June 2018, to reflect the 0% rate of the Goods and Services Tax (“GST”).
 
On 30 Aug 2018, we were informed by the vendor, Augmented Technology Sdn Bhd (“Augmented Technology”) that, with the implementation of the Sales and Services Tax (“SST”) with effect from 1 Sept 2018, Members must use new application forms in order to purchase the digital certificate and token.
 
The old application forms are no longer valid, and will not be accepted by Augmented Technology.
 
The new application forms, which include information regarding the revised prices, are available at Augmented Technology’s web portal at https://aug-tech.net.
