Updates in Relation to Presentation of Documents for Landed Property at Selangor Land and Mines Office
We have received a request from the Selangor Bar’s Subcommittee on Conveyancing, SRE and Non-Contentious Matters on 22 July 2020 to circulate a letter from the Selangor Land and Mines Office (“PTG Selangor”) entitled “Operasi Kutipan Urusan Perserahan ‘Dropbox’ Bahagian Pendaftaran Hakmilik Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Selangor (Landed)” dated 16 July 2020.
This letter informs that the collection of documents for landed properties made via Dropbox can be done on the specified dates and venue mentioned in their letter.
For presentation of documents made via Dropbox from 13 July 2020 onwards, the status of the documents can be checked online via http://eperserahan.selangor.gov.my/pungut.php.
The waiver of penalty for late presentation and for collecting presentation documents ends on 3 Aug 2020 (Monday).
