Period for Waiver of Penalty for Late Presentation Ending
We have received a letter from the Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan (Federal Territories Director of Lands and Mines Office Kuala Lumpur, “PPTG WPKL”) dated 20 July 2020, informing us that in respect of instruments dated on and after 19 Dec 2019, the waiver of penalty for late presentation ends on 3 Aug 2020 (Monday).
