Implementation of Smartbox System at Selangor Land and Mines Office
It has come to our attention that the Selangor Land and Mines Office (Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Selangor, “PTG Selangor”) has introduced the Smartbox system for registration of land transactions.
The Smartbox system came into effect on 27 July 2020, and will fully replace the current Dropbox system on 3 Aug 2020.
Members must register for an account at https://smartbox.selangor.gov.my/. More details about the Smartbox system are also available on its website.
The circular issued by Selangor Bar Committee on this matter is reproduced for your reference.
