Extension of Expected Completion Date for Conversion of Titles at PPTG WPKL

We refer to Circular No 176/2017 dated 14 Aug 2017, entitled “Addendum | Issues Relating to e-Tanah System at PPTG WPKL”, where Members were informed that they may approach — depending on their practice location — the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee Corporate and Conveyancing Practice Committee, the Selangor Bar Committee Conveyancing Practice, SRE and Non-Contentious Matters Committee, or the Bar Council Conveyancing Practice Committee, for assistance to expedite the conversion of titles at Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (Federal Territories Director of Lands and Mines Office Kuala Lumpur; “PPTG WPKL”).

PPTG WPKL has informed us, in its email dated 6 Sept 2017, that the expected date of 30 Aug 2017 to complete the conversion of titles has been extended to 31 Dec 2017 due to unavoidable circumstances.  

Therefore, Members who are still experiencing delays in the conversion of titles may expedite the process of conversion by applying online at www.ptgwp.gov.my using their respective user IDs, or by email to etanahklsupport@ptgwp.gov.my directly.

PEMAKLUMAN TERKINI SISTEM e-TANAH WPKL

PELANJUTAN TEMPOH TUKARGANTI HAKMILIK KE DALAM JADUAL KEENAM BELAS, KANUN TANAH NEGARA 1965 DAN JADUAL KEENAM, AKTA HAKMILIK STRATA 1985

Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur pada 1 Ogos 2017 telah mengumumkan proses tukarganti hakmilik yang bermula 16 Jun 2017 dijangka selesai pada 30 Ogos 2017.

Namun begitu, atas sebab-sebab yang tidak dielakkan, tempoh tukarganti hakmilik ke dalam Jadual Keenam Belas, Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 dan Jadual Keenam, Akta Hakmilik Strata 1985 akan dilanjutkan lagi sehingga 31 Disember 2017 bagi menyelesaikan tukarganti hakmilik yang bermasalah.

Oleh itu, mana-mana pihak yang ingin membuat mempercepatkan proses tukarganti hakmilik boleh membuat permohonan di atas talian menggunakan ID pengguna atau melalui emel ke etanahklsupport@ptgwp.gov.my supaya keutamaan dapat diberikan kepada permohonan tukarganti hakmilik tersebut.
